The Center is an agency of Kaohsiung City Government Labor Bureau with a workforce of 13 clerical staffs and 4 orderlies. The organizational chart and job responsibilities are shown below:
Educational Section:
Handles student recruitment, registration, training planning, and staff recruitment, develops new vocational Training programs.
Counseling Section:
For career reconstruction, vocational counseling and evaluation, job re-design, vocational ability to strengthen and so on.
General Affairs Section:
In charge of research, seals, clerical duties, files, Miscellaneous affairs, petty cash and matters not under any other departments.
Accountion Officer:
Handles annual budgets, accounting and statistics.
Personnel Officer:
Manages human resources.
